Bigpoint is excited to announce that its long-running and successful game, Drakensang Online, has left Early Access on Steam and entered full release. With its initial release in 2011, Drakensang Online redefined what a browser game could be. Later, the client version allowed players to enjoy the game independently of a browser, expanding its reach to a wider audience. And now, a whole new audience can experience the award-winning MMO directly from their Steam library.
“Harold” alongside the Steam release. This new server will provide a level playing field for players to rise to the top of the rankings and challenge fellow warriors and magic wielders for glory.
But that’s not all: the Harold server will exclusively feature the “Heroes Assemble” event, where players can earn useful items and equipment to give their heroes a boost. It’s the perfect opportunity for both new and returning players to dive into the game and experience everything that Drakensang Online has to offer.
Last year, Drakensang Online received a brand-new content expansion, Realm of the Firelord, which added new maps, new challenges, new foes, and epic new rewards. The next big content expansion is already scheduled for release later this year, promising even more content and variety for loyal and new players alike.
